The Intellectual Property Cell advises faculty and students about IPR, trade mark, copyrights, use of brand names, etc. for impactful research and consultancy. The Intellectual Property Cell provides a platform to share and discuss the latest developments and applications with necessary exposure and promote local innovation.
Objectives
- To provide Intellectual Property Rights information, orientation, facilities and related
- Activities for the benefit of research and consultancy between faculties and students.
- To guide and advise the learners on how to obtain and sustain patents and help them approach Patent Information Centre.
- To promote, encourage and aid scientific investigation and research for learners.
- To facilitate ‘expert talks’ series and create awareness of IPR.
- To educate learners about the guidelines for usage of brands and its impact.
