Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell provides a dedicated space for students to share concerns about classes, college facilities, or any other part of campus life. This initiative aims to resolve problems quickly and fairly, ensuring that a student’s time is focused on learning in a supportive environment.
How does it work?
- Submitting a concern: A student can provide a written form in a sealed envelope to any member of the Cell. The institution also acknowledges and acts upon concerns shared through the Suggestion Box or in person.
- Privacy and respect: Every issue is handled with dignity. The identity of the student and the details of their concern are kept confidential throughout the process.
- Review process: Each grievance is carefully reviewed by the Cell. Once the situation is understood, recommendations for the next steps are sent to the Principal for action.
- A safe environment: The process is designed so that students can speak up without any fear of being treated differently or facing retaliation for sharing their perspective.
- Honesty and fairness: To maintain a fair system for everyone, it is important that all reports are truthful. If a complaint is found to be intentionally false, the Cell may recommend disciplinary action.
- Institutional commitment: The college is dedicated to building a culture of trust. By resolving issues promptly, the Cell helps maintain a respectful and enriching experience for the entire student body.
