The Examination Cell at JAIN College (Autonomous) oversees and manages the entire examination and evaluation process under the leadership of the Chief Controller of Examinations, who is the Principal, and the Controller of Examinations Dr.Saravanan M.P. As an autonomous institution, conducting examinations is a key academic responsibility, and the cell plays an essential role in ensuring transparent, efficient, and outcome-based assessment of student performance.
The Cell carefully monitors all stages of evaluation, including Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE), Semester End Examinations (SEE), and fast track semesters. The CCOE, COE, and examination staff work in coordination with all departments to review student performance and provide necessary academic and administrative support.
It also manages the entire examination workflow, which involves preparing examination schedules, coordinating with examiners for question paper setting, printing and securing question papers, conducting examinations, evaluating answer scripts, and declaring results. Through its structured and systematic functioning, the Examination Cell ensures fairness, accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all examination-related activities at JAIN College (Autonomous).
