Entrepreneurial thinking took centre stage from 23rd February to 2nd March 2026 as the Department of Management, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), hosted the “1K Business War” for undergraduate students. The simulation-based competition challenged participants to launch and manage a business with a starting capital of just Rs. 1,000.
Across the week-long exercise, student teams applied classroom concepts to real-world scenarios, making decisions on pricing, marketing, resource allocation, and customer engagement. The experience tested creativity, problem-solving, and adaptability under real constraints, offering a hands-on understanding of how small ventures operate and scale.
By translating theory into practice, the event fostered entrepreneurial confidence and strategic thinking among participants. It reinforced the institution’s commitment to experiential learning and preparing students to navigate dynamic business environments with innovation and resilience.
