JAIN College (Autonomous), in association with SolaceSquad, organised a Student Wellbeing and Stress Resilience session on 3 September 2026. The interactive session was led by Teena Johnson, Clinical Psychologist and Psychotherapist, and focused on helping students understand stress, recognise its impact, and develop healthy coping strategies.
The session encouraged students to build practical habits that support emotional wellbeing, focus, and resilience while navigating academic and everyday pressures. It highlighted the importance of developing inner strength and adopting healthy approaches to managing stress, helping students work towards a more balanced and resilient approach to everyday life.
